James Fortune is an Apostle and servant of Jesus Christ, who God is using to bring reformation to the church, and to pioneer a new move of God.  James answered the call of God and began preaching 30 years ago, and has been married to his wife Kanada for over 25 years.  They have 3 beautiful adult children. 

 

James is the founder and senior pastor of Oasis Church (www.edmondoasis.tv) which he has pastored for over 15 years, and the founder of Awaken OKC (www.awakenokc.com) - a citywide monthly revival bringing leaders and the body of Christ together.   James is helping to lay the foundation and develop the new wineskin for the new wine to be poured out.  As Jeremiah Johnson so aptly said, "God will not fill what He has not formed".

 

James desire is to see the church worldwide

walk in the power, glory, prosperity, joy, and love that we see modeled in the life of Jesus and continued in the book of Acts through the Apostles and early church.

James is called and anointed to release revivals and awakenings in every city he goes to where people have life changing encounters with God through His presence and Word.

James carries a powerful healing anointing, operates in the gift of faith, working of miracles, and gifts of healings.  As a result people are constantly healed in his meetings.

James loves to teach on Apostles and the Apostolic ministry, and to impart and activate the body of Christ to take their place in the supernatural ministry of Jesus.  James is a great resource for churches who want the benefits of Apostolic ministry and grace to be released in their ministries.
